Termite/WDI (Wood Destroying Insect)
For clients concerned about termites and wood destroying insects. This termite inspection and report identifies any previous or active wood destroying insect infestations. It also points out any conditions that are conducive for infestations.

Thermal Imaging
For clients who are concerned about energy efficiency and building forensics. My thermal imaging service includes a complete scan of the house using a IR thermal imaging camera. This diagnostic can identify thermal and insulation issues, and can even detect concealed water leaks and other issues.

Pier & Beam Foundation
If the house has a raised foundation (pier & beam) with a crawlspace, there is an additional fee for the inspection.
Re-Inspection
After the initial home inspection buyers will often negotiate for repairs with the seller/homeowner. I can be hired to return to the property to confirm work was done adequately.
Move in Certified
For those who want an advantage in selling their home, my pre-listing inspections include Move In Certified. Homes that have the trusted Move In Certified yard sign can sell quicker and with less headache.
