If you are selling your home and need to provide an energy audit to potential buyers, I can help you through the process. I am a certified by Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) as a HERS Rater and I’m registered with Austin Energy as a certified energy auditor. If your home is 10 years or older, receives electricity from Austin Energy, you may be required to comply with Austin’s ECAD (Energy Conservation Audit and Disclosure) Ordinance. - I perform the Energy Audit which takes about 1-2 hours
- I provide you with a copy of the audit
- I file the audit with Austin Energy as per the ordinance
- The audit is good for 10 years
