About the Report
A home inspection report is a snapshot of the home’s physical condition on the day of the inspection. My reports include comments about the defects or observations accompanied with recommendations, tips and practical advice. I try to convey my information in layman terms whenever possible. In Texas home inspectors are required to use a standardized form and to report on specific things as per the Standards of Practice that govern the industry. My reports go above and beyond the minimum requirements, but at the same time aren’t exhaustive.
